Event Overview
Day 1: The showcase session includes defensive and offensive Showcase, batting practice, instructional session and objective measurements (60-Yard Dash, Exit Velocity, Pop Times and Arm Velocity).
Day 2: Two (2) games per player in front of college coaches. Players will have the unique opportunity to be coached by a different collegiate coach while the other coaches in attendance will be on-field and in-dugout. Players will be guaranteed high level of play and top exposure!
Groups: Players will be assigned to a team. Each team will be comprised of 10-12 athletes and each team will participate in 2 competitive games throughout the day.
Colleges: No less than 20 NCAA, Juco and NAIA colleges and universities will be at The Big 6 Fall Session, including Palm Beach Atlantic (NCAA), Barry University (NCAA), Florida Southern College (NCAA), Lynn University (NCAA), Saint Leo University (NCAA), Central Florida Patriots (JUCO), Polk State Eagles (JUCO) and more! !Stay tuned for updates!
Exposure: PT is unique in offering constant exposure on different social media platforms through images, videos, stats, etc. This is a very useful tool in communications between student-athletes and coaches and provides tremendous value beyond the day of the camp to help athletes that participate.
Location: Showcase fields are close to restaurants, lodging and about 20 minutes to all Disney Theme Parks in Lake Buena Vista. It’s also about 30 minutes to tourist attractions in Orlando area such as Universal Orlando, Islands of Adventure, Sea World and Aquatica. The park is located at 50901 U.S. Highway 27 in Davenport. It’s the first softball/baseball complex built in Polk County with artificial turf and state of the art LED lighting.
