Administration Directory

Richie Lugo

President, Chief Executive Officer

Prime Time Founder Richie Lugo has coached juvenile teams for more than 25 years and has worked with pro players since 2000, including former MLB Javier Vazquez and the first overall pick in the 2012 MLB Draft, Carlos Correa. 

He has cultivated relationships with college coaches, recruiters and major league scouts. Richie also is a Special Advisor for Ponce Leones in the Puerto Rican Winter Professional Baseball League.

Richie has held a variety of roles in the media over the past 30 years. Has been awarded three times, 1997, 1998, and 1999, as Journalist of the Year in his native Puerto Rico, presented by the Puerto Rico Baseball Federation. As a Sports Journalist and a Sports Editor, he has covered many MLB playoffs games, including 1995, 1996, 1997, 2001 and 2008 World Series.

STEPHEN B. TIDWELL II

VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Tidwell II is responsible for managing the financial actions at PT. He organizes, implements, directs and evaluates the company’s fiscal function and performance. He also plays a key role in the structuring and implementation of the organization’s strategic plan and emerging markets efforts, as well as identifying and managing the stadiums and complexes for the events.

He graduated from BYU with a BS in Economics and a master in Finance from Baker College.

Marisol Vega

VICEPRESIDENT, Chief Administrative Officer

Marisol maintains executive oversight of all aspects of the PT Events, including all staff operations. Her love for the baseball game gets it from her father Jose Vega, founder of the Ponce Glenview youth baseball organization, one of the most successful in Puerto Rico. Former All-Star catcher in Major League Baseball, Javy Lopez, developed in this organization.

Marisol holds a bachelor’s degree in Arts and Education from the University of Puerto Rico and received her master’s degree in Education with a Major in Special Education. She also earned an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy.

Marisol has been a Special Education Teacher over the past 15 years. In 2013, Marisol received the Teacher of the Year award from the Achievement Academy and was nominated for the Polk Association of Charter Schools’ Teacher of the Year award.

KARLA LOWMAN

VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER

She leads all public affairs efforts for the PT Events company and seeks to enhance the business image and increase the visibility of the organization. Karla oversees all marketing, media and communications functions and provides strategic brand and communication leadership for the PT’s marketing, media, business, and community initiatives. She also oversees updates to social platforms, sites and applications.

She graduated from Brigham Young University (BYU) in Web Design & Development in 2015.

Baseball Operations

Michael Judd Sr.

Director, Baseball Operations

He is currently the head baseball coach at the Ridge Community High School in Davenport, Florida. The New Jersey native brings a wealth of experience to PrimeTime, having spent over 40 years as a coach and player. Mike oversees all aspects of the showcases and camps, including on and off the field communication with players and parents.

Dylan Lefebvre

Data & Analytics

He is currently the head baseball coach at the Mulberry High School in Mulberry, Florida. Dylan earned a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Biological Health Sciences (HBH) from the University of South Florida (USF). He also earned an Associate Degree from Polk State. He is currently on track to gain his doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).

Michael Judd Jr

FIELD COORDINATOR

Michael played college baseball at Bloomfield College, a NCAA Division 2 program in New Jersey. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and completing his collegiate playing career, he played independent baseball in the North Country Baseball League for the St. Catharines Silverhawks in 2015.

Marcus Judd

FIELD COORDINATOR

Marcus’ collegiate playing experience began at Florida A & M, a NCAA Division 1 program in Tallahassee, Florida. After his freshman year, he transferred to College of Central Florida where he batted .323 in in 107 plate appearances. Marcus then went on to play his Junior and Senior seasons at Edward Waters College and hit .331, .297 (Covid short season) and .326 in his senior season. He earned his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.

Joshua Navedo

STATS COORDINATOR

Josh graduated from Webber International University in Babson Park, Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management in 2020, where he played for the Warriors. The program was ranked as high as No. 19 during the 2019 NAIA campaign. He is responsible for collecting all statistics and metrics of the events.

Joshua Rivera

STATS Assistant

Joshua Rivera attended to Northland Technical and Community College Pioneers in Thief River Falls, Minnesota, where he played two seasons for the Pioneers. He hit .259 with 15 RBIs as a freshman and had a very good season in his sophomore year hitting .307 in 29 games. Joshua works as a Supervisor at the Raymond James Stadium.

Noel Sevilla

Senior Scouting Consultant

Noel is Scout for the Houston Astros. Has also worked for the Boston Red Sox (2008-2010), Seattle Mariners (2010-2016) and Baltimore Orioles. Players signed includes closer Edwin Diaz. He was also a key component in the signing of Cuban free agent CF Guillermo Heredia.

Tim Ferguson

Senior Advisor, Scouting/Baseball

Associate Scout for the Pittsburgh Pirates. Also worked as Scout for the Cleveland Indians (1997-2000) and was pitching coach in the Independent League (2011-2012). He played in the Minors for the Montreal Expos organization. Tim attended to Indian River State College and Nova Southeastern University.

Romano Lake

Senior Advisor - College Baseball/New Jersey

Romano currently assists in the recruiting efforts for the Caldwell University Cougars, a NCAA Division II baseball program in New Jersey. He is also coaching and teaching at the Gamers Baseball Academy in Kenilworth, NJ. He attended from 1987-1990 to New Jersey City University (NJCU) in Jersey City, NJ where he still holds some of the top 15 offensive and defensive records.

Oscar Fernandez

Senior Advisor - College Baseball/South Florida

Oscar just returned to the coaching staff of the St. Thomas University Bobcats for the 2019-2020 season. Precisely, he began his college coaching career at St. Thomas more than 20 years ago.  Oscar has also worked as Head Coach in Florida Memorial University and assistant coach in East Central University and ASA College.

CJ LUGO

ADVISOR - COLLEGE BASEBALL/MINNESOTA

He served as assistant coach for the Northland Technical and Community College Pioneers in Thief River Falls, Minnesota, working with the catchers, pitchers and game preparation duties. As a player, Lugo began his college career at Cloud County Community College (Kansas) in 2016. From Cloud he transferred to Northland. In his sophomore year, he batted .294 as a utility player, and compiled a .442 on-base percentage playing at second base, outfield, pitcher and catcher
