Showcases and Camps - FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

All events are available to any and all entrants, and those entrants are only limited by number, gender, age, and/or grade level.

This is a typical two-day event schedule (This may change by event and number of participants):

  • Day 1: 8:00am – 6:00pm: Check-In, Q&A, Defensive and Offensive Showcase, Data & Analytics Collection, Games
  • Day 2: 8:00am – 6:00pm: Live Games

Note: All times are approximate. Prime Time will provide schedules and additional details through email and its website 3-5 days before camp begins.

All coaches and scouts in attendance will be provided with a comprehensive profile of your son, including academic information. Additionally, they will receive statistical data collected during the event, such as metrics, pitching velocity, 60-yard dash time, exit velocity, and arm velocity.

All players and umpires must use their own equipment while participating. This includes gloves, bats, helmets, bags, cleats. catcher’s gear, towels, uniforms/clothing, food/drinks cleats, running shoes/turf shoes and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. Numbered performance shirts and cap* will be provided at check-in. *Unless otherwise specified.

All colleges advertised have entered into a work camp agreement with PrimeTime. Should a coach be unable to attend, we will make every effort to find a replacement coach from the same college before seeking a coach from a different college.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, all participants receive a numbered shirt and a cap*. In addition, merchandise is available for purchase. *Unless otherwise specified.

Players should bring their own, personal cooler instead of using a team cooler. Players should plan on bringing an individual water bottle and not share with teammates.

Players are responsible to bring their own meal and/or snack.

Certified Athletic Training staff is present at PT events.

For those who order a video or report, it will be provided no earlier than two weeks after the conclusion of the event.

POLICIES

No Refund | Payments

All payments are non-refundable, non-deferable, and non-transferable in all circumstances – this includes a college commitment, personal matters, any injuries, illnesses, and any medical conditions or treatments. No Exceptions. Please carefully consider this prior to accepting an invitation and registering and paying for any of our events.

Cancellation

All cancelations must be requested in writing and be emailed to [email protected] and include the name of the player as well as the reason for canceling. You can request for a credit to a future PT event (Note: Texts or calls are not valid to cancel or request a credit).

Credit

Any requests for a future credit will be governed by the following policies in all circumstances with No Exceptions:

  • Credit must be requested in writing to [email protected].
  • To receive a full credit of camp fees you should request a cancel at least 30 days before to the start of the event. You will receive a full credit of the purchasing price, excluding a processing fee of $34.95. The credit is valid for ten (10) months from the start date of the cancelled camp.
  • If we receive your request between 15 and 29 days before the start of the event, you will receive a 50% credit of the purchasing price. The credit is valid for ten (10) months from the start date of the cancelled camp.
  • There is no credit when we receive any request less than 2 weeks (14 days) from the start date of the event because there are a lot of operational cost involve in this event. No Exceptions.

The credit may not be used to register for an event that is already at capacity by the time the request is submitted. In case that the registration fee of a future event is more than the amount credited, the purchaser is responsible for any remaining balance.

Weather

The event remains fully non-refundable in the case of inclement weather. Prime Time will make every effort to ensure the best possible showcase when weather interferes and there will be no refunds or credits, regardless of how much showcase is completed.

Prime Time, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to adjust the schedule of the event, push back the schedule or postpone the event in case of inclement weather. PT also reserves the right to move to an indoor location. Any change in itinerary will be focused on the safety of all participants and staff – PT will not jeopardize the safety of players, coaches and spectators.

In the event a showcase or camp is pushed back, postponed or cancelled due to weather or some other unforeseen event, the showcase or camp will be rescheduled as soon as possible, and PT will announce the make-up day to the players registered. We do not offer refunds if the event is rescheduled, just a future showcase/camp credit if you cannot be in the make-up day and request to cancel.

There will be no refunds or credits, regardless of how much showcase is completed.

Schedule

Prime Time Showcase and Camps, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to adjust the schedule of the events. Please note that the duration of workout sessions and games may be adjusted. This will be determined at the discretion of PT staff or based on recommendations from university coaches.

Code of Conduct

Prime Time Showcase and Camps maintains a strict Code of Conduct to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone, especially those who have displayed offensive behavior at previous events.

Any unfriendly, disruptive, inappropriate, or offensive language and behavior directed towards players, guests, or Prime Time staff will not be tolerated. Those who violate these rules or create an unsafe or hostile environment will be asked to leave.
