Primetime Showcases and Camps (“PrimeTime,” “PT,” “we” or “our”) cares about your privacy and the security of the information that we receive through our website, events. PT wants you to be familiar with how we collect, use and disclose information, including personal information. This Privacy Policy describes our practices in conjunction with your access to services. These services include our website, email newsletters, social media pages, mobile and other applications owned and operated by us, our offline contacts, and to any other services that display this notice.
The aim is promoting ballplayers among baseball community, include but not limited to college recruiters, college coaches, professional scouts and professional teams. In order to gain exposure and maximize their opportunities to play at the next level, PT presents their information, performance reports and skills, as well as videos, pictures, evaluations and other information that we consider useful and/or relevant to the recruiters. This site also is for parents and players.
Collected Information, Use & Sharing
We may collect personal information about players and prospective players in various ways. PT may collect information that you voluntarily provide us through the Website, that parents or legal guardians provide through other means of direct communication to us (for example, emails you send, social media or information you volunteer during phone calls with our staff, etc., and submit images, photos, videos, or other content to us) or which PT obtains from publicly available information.
When you register for an event or otherwise interact with the Services, you are invited to provide personal information to enhance your experience on the Services. For example, during event registration, we may ask for information such as your name, e-mail address, phones, year of birth, gender, street address and other relevant information. We may collect payment information, such as your credit card number and expiration date, where appropriate to process a financial transaction you have requested.
We may ask you for additional information at other times, such as when you respond to a promotion or when you order services from us.

Children’s Guidelines
PT only collect personal information from children under the age of 16 provide by parents or legal guardian. E.g., we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 16 without parental consent, unless permitted by law. If we learn that a child under the age of 16 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it in accordance with applicable law.
Registration
In order to attend to our events, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name, email address, age, phone, address, school, etc.). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest.
Opt Out Policy
Email Newsletters. You may opt out of receiving commercial email messages from us by following the instructions contained in those email messages.

Access, Change or Update to Your Personal Information
If any player would like to request to review, correct, restrict or delete personal information that you have previously provided to us, object to the processing of personal information, you may contact us in writing or email to [email protected].
In your request, please state what personal information you would like to have changed, whether you would like to have your personal information suppressed from our database or otherwise let us know what limitations you would like to put on our use of your personal information. For your protection, we only implement requests with respect to the personal information associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request.
We will respond to your request consistent with applicable law.
Please note that we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes and/or to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting a change or deletion (for example, when you make a purchase for an event, you may not be able to change or delete the Personal Information provided until after the completion of such purchase).
