LOCATION: Henley Field – Home of NCAA D2 Florida Southern College – 1125 N Florida Ave, Lakeland, FL

AGES: Classes 2026, 2027, 2028 (High School Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors)

REGISTRATION FEE:

  • Pitcher Only: $150
  • Positional Player: $199
  • Two-Position Player: $250

Only 60 players will be accepted. 

Times: Approximate schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM 

WHAT TO BRING: Each Player must bring his own baseball equipment. Wear molded cleats or turfs and bring gloves, bats, helmets and batting gloves. Catchers, please bring your own equipment. Players are responsible for all of their own baseball gear including, glove, bat, batting gloves, etc. 

MEALS: Lunch will NOT be provided for players taking part in the event.

ACCOMMODATION: Players traveling from out of town will be responsible for securing their own accommodations.

MERCHANDISE: Some merchandise will be available for purchase at this event.

MLB organizations that have attended previous PrimeTime events include the Dodgers, Padres, Royals, Mets, Diamondbacks, Rockies, Braves, Mariners, Marlins, Guardians, Astros, Twins, Phillies, Orioles, and more — along with NCAA, NAIA, and JUCO coaches from Florida and neighboring states.

  • 08:35–09:00 AM: Player Photos, Welcome & Warm-up
  • 09:05–11:30 AM: Workouts & Metrics Verification
  • 10:30 AM: Pitcher Only (PO) Check-in
  • 11:30 AM: Lunch Break
  • 12:00–02:15 PM: Game 1 
  • 02:30–04:45 PM: Game 2 
  • 4:45 PM: Closing Remarks
  • 5:00 PM: Event Concludes
